New in box vintage Avon full round 8" black bristle brush.
The flaw is that the bottom of the handle feels like there's something on it, there isn't, I've cleaned it and it doesn't budge. It's not sticky it's just a little slightly rougher feel on the bottom inch or so of the handle. Not sure of the cause.
