This is an interesting vintage( 1960's?) mechanical set and wind timepiece from the USSR (Russia). It has been serviced, but has an issue with the pinion for the second hand. My problem is that I cannot read or understand Russian so I cannot finish the service of the movement. If someone can tell me what make this 17 jewel mechanical it would be deeply appreciated. In fact I will deduct $20 from the price negotiated. Take a close look at the attractive finish as I am sure it would make a great addition to any collection. The band is a period correct expansion type by Spiedel that advertised it as a Twist-O-Flex due to its ability to move on the wrist with complete comfort. It will fit up to a 8" wrist. Anyone out there that can help me with its identity will be appreciated,Thanks.
